For over 20 years I’ve been a massage therapist turned fitness trainer in my 40s. These shorts happen to be in my top selection of workout shorts! As a snob of a very famous and expensive brand of workout apparel that statement speaks volumes!! They stay in place and have the high waist that i personally desire. A must try!
